Vehicles return but many maps don't need them because a lot more maps are indoors and close quarters but there are still a load that are outdoors and open. I won't go into to much detail about the units but i will say this. You still have the main 4 star wars factions but the units are now different. They are Bespin which is no big loss but also sadly Rhen Var is missing. Only 2 planets from the original are not present in the sequel. Each planet now only has one battlefield but there are considerably more planets. The sequel however provides a lot more battlegrounds and variety.
